The lion was out of his cage…

…at the d:qliq, and we surely did show him how to dance of his feet. It was an excellent night. We started at about 2 in the morning after MadFred, Kuston Beater and V-One had already heated the stove to the max. We just had to pick it up and go completely mad! The sun went up and the people were still dancing. Thanks again to Manu and Fred for letting is play our charms on their wonderful place. I´m really, really tired, but it was a blast! Hope to find some pictures on the net to let you have a glimpse of the show.

Polo PSP Ad SOng by Johan Sebastian

Monday, June 23rd, 2008

So Massive has pointed me to the official site of the Polo PSP, where the song runs in the background:
Official Polo PSP Site (Look for the Polo PSP image

But you can also hear the song here (via www.musiquedepub.com):

Both sources are of lousy quality, but you really get the idea and it seems to be a real hard-hitter for the next party. Just keeping an ear out for a hi-fi version.

Here is another hi-res video of our performance at the Happy Knobbing 2008 Meeting in Fischbach Germany. I´m the guy on the left in the blue t-shirt trying to look as if I knew what I was doing ^^:

UPDATE: Polo PSP TV-ad

Wednesday, June 18th, 2008

So it seems that the song is an original composition specially made for the spot by a young belgian artist who goes by the name of JohanSebastian. You can check this thread (in french) on www.musiquedepub.com for updates. As it seems the artist is doing a 3min compo that will be available for download in a week or so. This is something pretty exciting stuff happening there. Perhaps the birth of a new belgian star (ie.: Goose, Riot in Belgium, etc.)

Here is, to keep you entertained, the very cool and sleazy electro track “La musique” by Riot in Belgium:

READYdot will rock the d:qliq!

Monday, June 16th, 2008

On the 22nd our Grand-Duc Henri is celebrating his birthday. And the d:qliq will celebrate this with its finest selection of DJs:
Moulinex Brothers aka Kuston Beater & V-One, MadFred and of course us two. I don´t know when we will be starting our set, but just come late and we´ll surely be behind the turntables. It will be a very long set, until late in the morning! A lot of new tracks, a lot of new MASSIVE tracks to make you go crazy! So be there or be square!!!!

Wonderfull! This could be an absolute floorfiller, if I only knew the name of the artist. I´d buy it directly. Somewhere somebody writes the music was compose by a certain JohanSebastian, but I can´t find anything on the net. So if anybody knows more on this track, don´t hesitate and post the name!

arcadecoma on Sajama Cut “L’Internationale”

Here’s the link to another artist from the Sajama Cut “L’Internationale” LP. Pure 8-bit, as most of the tracks on the album are. A really lush and sibillant remix. You can listen to it on arcadecoma’s front-page. Here’s the link to the post:
